Discuss and design the drawing--9th,Aug,2022

Our customer told us their requirements--the specific oil cooler type(25 rows British oil cooler ) and size ,and also ask us install fan to increase the heat transfer performance.

According to the oil cooler size,our technician choose the suitable fan and design the shroud.

   Oil cooler size:330*189.5*15mm

   Fan:7.5 inch

   Shroud:material:aluminum(has lighter weight)

Making the first sample--22th,Aug,2022

We begun to make sample after received the confirmation from customer.Here is our first sample for M225F and they looks pretty good.

Making the second sample--4th,Sep,2022

We revised the shroud after customer tested the first sample,which lower cost and higher performance.

Making the third sample--12th,Sep,2022

To match customer requirements,we do not hesitate to revise the shroud again.We are trying to make the perfect products even spend more time and more cost.

Making the final sample--20th,Sep,2022
