1,we can check the surface:if the surface lines are regular gloss and there are no cracks,then the quality of the carbon fiber auto parts are good.

2,You can use same product of dry carbon fiber and wet carbon fiber material,measure their weight,normal dry carbon fiber will be lighter than wet carbon fiber

Firstly,our workers will stick the carbon fiber clothing on the resin by hand,put it on vacuum bar,exhausted air and then put it on machine.

Secondly,take our product after high temperature and high pressure about 4-5 hours.

Use CNC cut corner make it more fitment.

Finally,In order to provide high quality products to our customers,we usually polish the product in the water 2-3 times to make it more gloss.

The quality of the products made in this way is stable and durable.

First,we will use dry carbon craft to make it,choose the carbon fiber cloth with the glue,we called it “Prepreg”

Second step is that you put Prepreg into the mould without any glue.And put them into the machine which has the 120 degree Celsius,

The third step is take it off from the mould,and deal with it
