Step 1

Firstly, the titanium pipe should be cut into several sections, like bevel shape,and then we sand them, the main purpose is to make the two contact surfaces more integrated.

Step 2

The pipes are welded according to the data angle of each car.

Step 3

After polishing the raw titanium alloy pipe, the pipe is burned, and its color will change significantly with the increase of temperature, from yellow to purple to blue.

Step 4

Once everything is ready to go, it’s time to start welding! We use TIG welding,TIG (inert tungsten gas) welding is generally preferred when working with titanium exhaust pipes because it produces cleaner results than MIG or stick welding.Move slowly along the length of the pipe while applying steady pressure, and make sure to maintain consistent arc length throughout the entire weld process.

Step 5

After all welding work is completed, all parts are installed and the product is finally placed on the JIG for final inspection to ensure 100% fit to the installation position.
